Extended Hours
We are providing Extended Hours appointments on Monday and Tuesday evenings between 5.30 - 6.30pm. These are pre-bookable GP appointments. Please call the reception to book.
Advanced Nurse Practitioner Appointments
We offer pre-bookable and on the day appointments with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Gosia, every Tuesday. Please note this is for acute minor ailments and she does not see patients under the age of 16 years old. Please call the practice to arrange/discuss.
Introduction of Telephone Prescription Ordering Service
We now have a dedicated telephone line for the ordering of prescriptions. If you would like to leave a voicemail to order your prescriptions please call 01592 348555. The voicemail prescription facility can also be accessed by calling our main telephone line on 01592 890217 and selecting Option 1.
Lunch Hour Closure
Please note the practice will be closed between the hours of 1.00pm - 2.00pm Monday to Friday.

Essential Clinical Software Update
The Practice will be upgrading its clinical computer system in January 2027.
To support the implementation of the new clinical system and maintain patient safety throughout the transition, the Practice will provide emergency appointments only from 7th January to 12th January 2027, inclusive. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this period.
Patients who are currently registered for online prescription ordering through Patient Access will receive an email closer to the time with information about the new system and instructions on how to transfer their account.
